Our Programs

• Partial Hospitalization

Our Partial Hospitalization Program assists individuals with psychiatric conditions, who are suffering from an acute exacerbation of their symptoms. It also provides a structured therapeutic setting for patients recently discharged from a psychiatric hospitalization. Treatment during a typical day includes group therapy, individual therapy, and psychopharmacological assessments and care.

The Healthy Connections Partial Hospitalization Program is partially funded by Medicare and several private insurance plans.

• Psychosocial Rehabilitation

Our Psychosocial Rehabilitation Program focuses on patient empowerment, while seeking to rehabilitate patients with chronic mental illness so they can function more independently in the local community. We assist clients on developing skills that will prepare them to reintegrate into community life.

Clients receiving psychosocial rehabilitation participate in social skills building groups, life skills, money management, work readiness and many other skill-building training. This program is sponsored by Medicaid.

• Substance Abuse Recovery

Substance Abuse Recovery, not only addresses drug abuse and alcohol dependency but also other behavioral issues such as anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, and eating disorders among others. Our family oriented environment offer a comfortable setting for individuals and family members struggling with addiction.
